1. Acceptance

By using Mirifer ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mirifer is a web-based German language learning platform. We provide daily conversation lessons, voice pronunciation practice, vocabulary flashcards with spaced repetition, and progress tracking.

3. Accounts

You may create a free account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Free Access

Mirifer is currently free during early access. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future. Any existing free features at the time of your registration will remain accessible to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute lesson content
• Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure

6. Content Ownership

All lesson content, audio, translations, and learning materials are owned by Mirifer. Your personal progress data (lesson completions, flashcard reviews, etc.) belongs to you.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Mirifer available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mirifer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Mirifer is a language learning tool and does not guarantee any specific level of language proficiency.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Mirifer evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
